Army painter quickshade splash7/29/2023 We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. A word of warning, make sure your Quickshade has had at least 48 hours to dry and set. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you try to spray the anti shine too soon, it will fog up and or flake off and not set right. I like the Army Painter anti shine vs GW Matte Varnish because it was formulated to give the absolute minimal effect. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Right now I have a collection of Citadel washes which came in a set. especially for figures that I want to do quick and don't want to spend ages doing layers of shading and highlighting. I find that the Citadel washes are pretty intense though. when I want some black shading and use some Nuln Oil. that figure is going to look pretty damn grimy when I'm done. Even when I'm pretty careful it comes out splotchy and just looks dirty. Now I can always go back and pull out medium levels and highlights. but sometimes I just want a nice clean even wash that doesn't look like motor oil. I see some people using Army Painter Quickshade Wash medium to dilute washes and basically do what I'm looking to do. Quickshade Wash Mixing Medium is a transparent resin base designed to dilute your regular Quickshade Washes without changing the flow and viscosity. I'm just wondering if I can use that stuff with my Citadel washes? Or do I need to buy a full set of Army Painter washes to do that? I'm a painter damnit. I don't know if this stuff is going to mix well (and I'd rather not buy and order stuff I'm not going to use).ĭoes anybody know? Thanks for reading this far either way.
